supportive home environment.
Places
like houses or businesses have memory, they retain the energy of the
people that lived or worked there and the imprint of events that
happened there. A house or business blessing will remove the energetic
imprints of previous inhabitants and events and will make it a clean
slate for the current occupants. This is important since it is easy for
people to be influenced by old energy patterns, which can influence
emotional states and color what happens in the space. Blessings also
bring protection to the space and healing for the land.
A space
blessing can help when:
-moving into a new location -wanting
to get a fresh start in a current location -experiencing a feeling of
heaviness or discomfort in the place -experiencing slow business, or
there is a history of failed businesses in that location -there
may be hauntings of some sort -the space has been inhabited for a
long time or there has been strong emotional events there
What
to provide:
Cornmeal which will be spread around the house or
business. Freshly cut cedar. Food, which needs to be covered
during the blessing. Five candles for the altar. Fresh flowers,
tea candles, bowls
You can invite friends and relatives, anyone
you think can support the clearing in a positive manner.
Blessings
take around three hours, though they may last longer. Support people
need to be able to stay the entire time. It's best to not make plans for
after the blessing since the duration is variable.
