Sound sessions
are approximately 30 minute recordings that are customized for you and sent to
you as an mp3 file. In these sessions I use "catalytic sound",
using my voice, a variety of instruments, and intuitive guidance to help evoke
shifts in consciousness. Sound is a powerful way to transform energy, and
I am very excited to be able to offer these sessions to both local and distant
clients.

Sound Session Instructions:
1. Send an e-mail to info@thegoldenlyre.com with your
intention for the session. Choose one topic to be addressed so Melissa
can generate a focused session. Examples of intentions: increasing your
intuitive perception, experiencing more creative flow, releasing energetic
blocks in certain areas, opening yourself to feeling love, invoking your divine
feminine or masculine nature, accessing your power, working with a specific
chakra, etc. Include your full birth name so Melissa can tune in
to your specific energy signature. She will look at your energy intuitively and
offer any suggestions for personal work that comes up along with the sound.
Keep in mind that when working with transformational processes there is what
needs to be released along with what is to be gained, the two go together like
sides of a coin, and sessions often involve a component of release to make room
for new energy. These sound recordings are designed to support
transformational processes and to invoke states of being so that your energy
system can resonate and entrain to them. The beauty of using sound is
that it is a vehicle for transferring states of consciousness, and is therefore
a potent tool for transformational work. You can read more about sound as

2. Send payment of $55 via PayPal link below (with additional PayPal
fee), or contact Melissa for an address to send a check. Payment is for
time and not for a particular result or product because you can't hear the
recording in advance. To receive the recordings for these
sessions you will need to have internet access and the ability to download and
play mp3 files. To get a feel for what the session may sound like, go to the Soundarya page which has free
sound files.
3. Melissa will create a sound file designed to help you with your
intention. The sounds will be generated shamanically from Spirit with the
intention of serving your highest good. You can then listen to the file
as instructed to support your growth process.
Contacting Melissa for a sound session

treatment and care. Sound is a means of
transforming consciousness and can lead to "spiritual-emotional
detoxification" reactions. In most cases these will be minimal and often not noticeable, but if you find yourself feeling depressed,
anxious, or emotionally unstable stop using the recording, or use it less often, and make
sure you are getting any additional support you need from health care
professionals.
