During your first session we will go over your history and your intention for growth and healing. From there we will develop a plan that includes type and frequency of work. Subsequent sessions can include
mentoring and/or healing work. Mentoring will provide you with skills
to empower your life and bring out your inherent gifts and talents. There are often practices to do
in-between sessions that are designed to help invoke your creativity,
intuition, and assist you in being in right-relationship with yourself
and others.
Healing sessions will help you clear obstacles and energy blocks that
may be limiting your experience, and provide you with access to
nurturing energy and life force to help you manifest your dreams and
access your authentic nature.
This work engages an active transformational process that requires conscious intention, commitment, and self-responsibility. The work is powerful, and you make it happen by choosing to show up and be present to yourself and to life. In showing up to this process you will acquire skills to navigate through life from a place of authentic power, beauty, creativity, full-heartedness, and soulfulness.

was on a journey to find myself. I had been chameleon most of my life,
always being what people wanted me to be. So much so that I lost who I
was and where I was going. I had tried many things in my quest, but it
wasn’t until you that I found someone I could trust to help me fill-in
the pieces. When we first met, I sensed that you were someone special.
We
talked and got to know each other, and I confirmed that you were
special and that I could trust you. You are a very caring and committed
person whose quest is to help others. One of the things that rang true
in my heart was we discussed the Soul Retrieval. The more we talked
about it; I knew this was something I had to do.
The experience
went beyond expectations. You found answers to the questions I asked
and those I did not. Emotions flowed though me that day as you searched
for the answers, culminating with the extraction and moving of energy.
I immediately felt lighter, like a weight had been lifted. I still
feel that way today, plus it has given me the strength to continue the
journey of discovering more about myself.
